Observational research links higher kisspeptin levels to PCOS, suggesting an overactive KISS1 system may drive irregular cycles. Reviews describe its roles in implantation and placentation, in the kisspeptin-GnRH reproductive pathway, in gonadotrophin control, and even in glucose handling, insulin secretion, appetite, and body composition. Most directly relevant to enhancement claims, an observational study found that raising kisspeptin-54 significantly increased circulating LH, FSH, and testosterone in human males. Still, the human trial count is small, and recreational use is largely uncharted.
